My life path as a teacher and former psychotherapist has led me to work with children, adolescents, adults, and families for the past 25 years combined. I earned a degree in 2013 as a Professional Counselor (MA) after being an educator for eleven years (MAEd).  My practice is a marriage between those backgrounds as a Specialized Kinesiology Practitioner. Though I have a professional background as a therapist, I do not practice psychotherapy. Instead I have chosen to offer my clients holistic healing modalities.

I live in beautiful Western North Carolina and when I am not working, I can be found hiking on mountain trails, fly fishing, photographing the Blue Ridges, enjoying holy moments over coffee, and always grateful for the presence of those dear to my heart.
