What is it?

Specialized Kinesiology is a supportive, non-invasive, holistic approach to health and well-being. This modality assesses where stress is held in the body through muscle testing as a biofeedback system. I have been trained in various modalities, which are the tools used to de-stress the body systems holistically. This work is founded on a self-responsibility model, allowing for the client to be educated and empowered on the path towards total body wellness.

 Distance sessions are also an option for out of town clients at the same rate, results are the same.
